Falafel Appetizer
For those of you who enjoyed the first course! Jess says she follows one recipe she found on pinterest...
"I never add all the salt it calls for. I usually cut back on the onion too. After I fry the falafel I put them in the oven at 350 for 10 minutes. That keeps them from getting too soft."
