Treehaven swim club is now hiring

The Pool manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the pool, including:

Enforcing rules and regulations, preventing injuries, and providing first aid and emergency care

Maintaining the balance of water chemicals, keeping the facility clean, and performing other maintenance

Managing staff schedule, hiring and training new staff, and supervising lifeguards

Overseeing and coordinating operations, including facility scheduling, contract management, and pool maintenance

Providing excellent customer service skills, and assisting persons in distress

Setting up chairs, concession stand, and painting/scraping pool as needed, filling the pool.

Working with lifeguards, board members, and volunteers to close the pool out for the season.
